Fleet Templates

I would like the ability to create templates out of a Fleet. This should effectively just be a copy of the YAML structure that I can use as a starting point.
This would be helpful for Fleets that I want to use over and over again with slight changes (delivering data to clients).
Additionally, this would be helpful to have "Starter Fleets" that users can try out initially.

We've added this to the application and are testing internally.
The first iteration of this feature will be a "Share" button that generates a one-click deploy link.
